During the stainless steel trading process, all parties must to comply with the law of China government, check the business license, quality guarantee certificate and model tag each other, sign the agreement on writing to ensure the interest of both buying and selling parties. “Hellosteel” do not take any legal responsibility for the dispute between both buying and selling parties, in spite of logistics, processing, distribution, and any other unpleasant surprises.

When a dispute arises, on the premise of voluntary equality, both parties may request “Hellosteel” to help mediate in between. “Hellosteel” will advise fairly under the ascertainment of the truth and the law, and will not interrupt any of both parties file a lawsuit in People's Court before the mediation or after mediation failure. The agreement reached by the mediation has legal effect, but “Hellosteel” do not take any legal responsibility for this agreement.
